The Operating Committee working with Academic Advisory Board members, ensures that the mission and objectives of the society are carried out. The Committee also maintains a work plan that prioritizes the existing and future work of the committee consistent with the strategic plans of APSMR.

Academic Advisory Board

The Academic Advisory Board provides advice and counsel on the development and operation of APSMR. Academic Advisory Board members play an important role on the Board and are key to ongoing quality assurance for all aspects of APSMR. The Operation Committee of APSMR receives periodic advice from the Academic Advisory Board, which may assist the Board in responding to the needs of the materialss research community. The Academic Advisory Board is composed of faculty and administrative experts in materials related education around the world.
